Quality Control:
All machines are brand new in box. Our factroy tests every machine as we heat it up to 200 degrees Celsius and let it stay for at least 20 minutes before ship out. Detailed instructions included with every machine to help you use your machine.
All items are packaged in two boxes with full wrapped styrofoam package.

The operation process of mug heat presses:
Step 1: Place the print face down on the mug and secure it with thermally resistant tape. Place the tape on opposite ends of the print.
Step 2: Slide the mug into the mug press and apply pressure after the temperature rise to 180 degree. 3 miniutes later, remove the mug from the mug heat presses.
Step 3: Remove the tape before the mug is cool.
